What we collect

• Searching and browsing parts — no account is needed; we use no advertising or analytics cookies.
• Your car (make, model, year, engine) is stored only in your browser (localStorage), so you do not have to choose it again next time. It is not sent to our server, except with a search.
• The VIN, if you enter it, is used to identify the car; the decoded result is kept in a cache for a while.
• When you add a part we store what you write in the form (part, price, name, phone) and the IP address — only to protect against spam and abuse. The phone is shown to buyers in the listing.
• Ratings and reports („wrong product“) are anonymous: the browser keeps a random identifier (localStorage) so that one person rates a part once. The server stores only an encrypted fingerprint (HMAC) of it and of the IP address — not the IP itself; only the admin sees a comment.
• Account — we store the mobile number (confirmed with an SMS code), the name and, for a company, its name and registration code. The number is shown in your listings; we do not use it for anything else (advertising, sharing). SMS codes are stored only as an encrypted fingerprint and expire in 5 minutes. Signing in stores a session cookie in the browser (for signing in only).
• Price alerts (without an account) — we store the e-mail and the part you follow. Alerts start only after you confirm with the link in the e-mail; at most 1 e-mail per part in 12 hours. Every e-mail has an unsubscribe link — unsubscribing deletes the record.
• Position alerts (sellers) — the e-mail you give in your account is used only for these alerts; turn them on / off in the account or with the link in the e-mail. The e-mail's one-time link changes a price only after you confirm, and expires in 48 hours.
• A listing's photo may be checked automatically by an outside service (Google Gemini or Sightengine) — whether it shows a car part / a car and has no inappropriate content. Only the photo (reduced) is sent — not your name or number. The admin makes the final decision.
• Payment — card payments happen on the bank's page (Bank of Georgia / TBC); we store only the payment number, amount, status and the bank's transaction ID. The card number and CVV never reach us.
• My cars and saved parts — when signed in they are kept on the server (site + app); without an account only on your device.
• Store — the name, description, logo, address, opening hours, links and services you enter are public; the phone shows only after a click. With a company's ID code we read only the company's name from the Revenue Service's public service (for the admin).
• Auction analysis — the lot link and photos are sent to Google Gemini to assess the damage; the result is kept on your account. The Chrome extension and the app read the lot on your device.
• App and extension — a sign-in token (we keep only its encrypted fingerprint) and, if you turn them on, a push notification address (Expo). Revoked when you sign out or change the password.
• Search statistics — what people search for often is counted anonymously (an encrypted fingerprint of the network, once an hour) so shop prices for those parts are refreshed first. Clicks on „show phone“ are counted for the store as a number.

Third parties

• Offers and photos come from the shops' websites; their rules apply when you go there. When you follow a link we do not send our page's address (no-referrer).
• Payments are processed by the Bank of Georgia or TBC Bank — the bank's rules apply on its page.
• Photo checks and the auction analysis — Google Gemini; app notifications — Expo. Fonts and scripts load from our own server.
• When adverts are shown on the site, the ad network (Google AdSense) may use its own cookies — under its own rules.

Your rights

You can change or delete a listing at any time in your account. You delete the account yourself: account → profile → „Delete account“ (in the app too) — your listings, photos, store, saved parts and cars, phone number, name and e-mail are deleted; payment records are kept as the law requires, without your name. To ask for a copy or a correction of your data, write to the address below. The car saved in your browser is removed with the „✕ Clear“ button.
